Art of Server allows you to bypass the most taxing part of dealing with these sometimes frustrating components: troubleshooting used components when they simply don't work upon plugging them in. The quality control, IT mode flashing, and wealth of detailed information Art of Server provide make them by far the best eBay experience I've ever had.

Have had zero issues with this, be weary from purchasing from other sellers. This is one of the few legit ones out there.
