The item that I ordered, a shoulder rest, did not appear to be moving through the USPS postal system, but the seller promptly contacted USPS and the issue was very quickly resolved, and I have now received my shoulder rest. The Post Office was taking a LONG time to process the replacement package (it sat at the facility for a week!), but the seller contacted them and it got moving and I then received it in a timely fashion.
