I used a standard silicone gun, but unfortunately, the product came out in large amounts, and the back of the bottle – where the gun pushes – broke easily and started leaking everywhere. While the sealant works well, the packaging is low quality. Be careful when using it, as it can get very messy and lead to a lot of wasted material.

The videos demonstrating how to use the product show a somewhat idealised scenario. In my case, I was limited in the size of hole I could drill and it didn't look to me that the liquid was going to get under the tiles, and when applying it, it all seemed to flow back out again. However, it seems that some must have got under the tiles, as they no longer wobble. So, job done, some wastage, some uncertainty as to durability.

My original delivery was damaged in transit and they supplied a new one straight away. Great correspondence, polite and informed customer services. Excellent. The item was NOT manufactured by the seller and only supplied. It is made from VERY fragile plastic and this is the 4th item we have broken in as many years. We have slate flooring in the kitchen and if this item is dropped, it breaks... no second chances. Supplier excellent, item awful.
