I had to open it up with a screwdriver to make it work. I've purchased Dayu binders before, and they never fit the labeled size. I always have to get 1/8" larger because by the time the webbing is folded in half, the binder is that much smaller and the tape won't slip through it without a fight. I sure miss Suisei brand. I'd be willing to pay $30+ for a binder of their quality.
