I have done business with this seller for over 5 years. They delivered on time. The stamp was new and I'm going to ink up. I like sleighs and I liked the colors used. North Woods has very good quality stamps. Stamp was shipped very protected; I thought the shipping charges were a little high. Smooth transaction. A+

I was told I have to "ask to see a picture of the actual item". You could have mentioned in your listing about the damage. You did not describe it at all. It is the sellers responsibility to describe accurately the condition and take good pictures to show what I am buying, and give the size too.. This was a refurbished stamp in my opinion.
