Maybe because of the way the bulbs were expertly packaged and the way the delivery driver handled the FRAGILE box. I only needed 2 bulbs for my 70-gallon tank. But because the price from this seller were much cheaper than anyone else, I ordered the 12 pack. Now I will have spare bulbs for many years. They are after all lightbulbs going through the US postal… How come scissors are packaged in Fort Knox and lightbulbs are a shell of a box ..anyhow, this seller was very good in responding immediately and offering me a refund on the broken bulb, which I thought was very fair. After all it was not their fault that the bulb was broken.
