I think they lost the parcel initially but the seller was very helpful in chasing the postal company. Just frustrating from my point as needed this item at the weekend (25th/26th Oct) still the positive is my item arrived in one piece following the delay.

As a seasoned literary scholar books are sacrosanct to me, so I fully appreciate any trouble taken to ship them with care and respect, and much trouble was clearly taken.
