The new shipment arrived in perfect condition, the packaging was appropriate, the item was exactly as described, and the value fit my budget. I would recommend this business for their Customer Focus!

The packaging was secured with 2x4's and shrink wrap. They even took the time to double shrink wrap around the u-joints for added protection. My driveshaft came as described and a great value to me. Knox Auto was very communicative about my order. Responded to every enquiry, and was very professional. I installed the driveshaft on my 2015 F150 5.0 Crew Cab, and the shaking is now gone. Big thanks to Knox!

I returned it and received a refund without delay. Although there was a hiccup with this particular order, it was handled very well. I'm happy with the overall experience, and would absolutely do business with this seller again.
