I attempted to reach out to the seller with no response . I would say there are four out of five stars .

The seller immediately responded to my message and refunded the item. Unfortunate, but the seller is quick to respond and they did ship the item out quickly. I'm sure this will be a learning experience to use rigid packaging for electronics.
