The packaging looked like it had been kicked across a warehouse and trodden on. The console was not packaged very well but despite this the console works. I bought this on the 1st Nov, marked as dispatched 6th but wasn't posted until the 11th. The item was listed with official controller only to arrive with a mad catz one. But despite all this we sorted all the problems out which for this reason gets positive feedback
