The forces of Earth take the offensive in Quake IV, in an effort to eliminate the Strogg menace at its source, once and for all. The fourth edition of id's popular first-person shooter returns to its roots, to offer single-players an extensive adventure in the role of a soldier named Matthew Kane. Ultimately, Kane may be called upon to sacrifice a bit of his humanness, for the sake of humanity's ultimate victory.<br><br>While boasting substantial graphical and audio improvements as well, significant refinements to the A.I., the single-player portion of Quake IV holds true to the originals, and the story picks up where Quake II left off. The Xbox Live multiplayer modes of Quake IV should feel much more reminiscent of Quake III, with their large weapon selection, diverse battle arenas, and intense, kill-or-be-killed gunplay.

    This has become one of my favorite sellers on Ebay! The item arrived quickly, well packaged as DVDs from the seller always are. I got it after the seller made me a very nice offer, and it's a series that I'd been eying for a while. They're always willing to work with me to get excellent deals and value. The item was in good condition and matches pictures and description (I probably should've paid more attention to note the lack of case). Still one of my faves and all around amazing!

    Was shipped in a huge box packed with plenty of foam packing peanuts... definitely extra, but for a classic game, I appreciated the care. Shipping was fast too, arrived in about three days, so they must’ve sent it out right away. Overall, a really good experience.     The condition is really nice and looks brand new. The case, inserts, and the cartridge are high-quality and look great. Fantastic condition & price all around. This and another game from the same seller was purchased together and packaged in a plastic envelope and then heavily wrapped in bubble wrap. Arrived quickly, within six days of placing my order. Seller agreed to combine shipping and did so after I received the package and contacted them. Pleasure to do business with, highly recommended!
