    Fragile stereo equipment was packed carelessly. The box was partially ripped open. The equipment should have been in a sealed plastic bag, but it was not. Styrofoam packing disintegrated in transit, so 100's of tiny pieces got inside the equipment ports and vents. Advertised as open box, which Ebay defines as including, "accessories found with the original product". It's missing FM antenna, Wifi antenna, calibration microphone, USB cable, I have messaged twice in the past 5 days, with no reply.

    In the list description, it clearly states that it only come with power cord and user guild. We can not control the damage during shipping, but the styrofoam block is used as packing material to protect the item.
