OK in the end, but 4 days later than the latest date given, over 3 weeks after ordering, and with erratic tracking. (My order never showed up as 'out for delivery' even after it had arrived.) But a great find - all packaging original and perfect, inside and out, exactly as described, and the Soundsticks system itself remains an outstanding design with wonderful aural space and separation.

That happened after I opened a "Item not received" case. The last pair finally arrived 25 days after I had first ordered. I am happy with the description, appearance, quality and value of my purchases.
