If the seller wanted to rule out sales to US Virgin Islanders, he should have indicated such in his ad for the product, as many merchants do. Seller is at fault for not doing his due diligence. They try just to sell...the title of the products does not match the picture. We offered to refund his money in full but so far, the buyer has refused to return the product to us. We have done all we can do to make them happy and they are now banned from ordering from any of our companies.
