    The luggage set arrived just as described on the website, and the price tags were still attached. The items were securely packaged, and there were no damage to the shipping container.     The luggage set was exactly as described - new with tags. It came complete with the extra engraving tags, so the Tumi store near me was able to add my initials and give me a backup set (see photo). I didn't want to pay so much for shipping, but that's the courier's fault not the shipper. The box came on time before my next business trip and cruise. The seller included a card, which I appreciate. It was nice doing small business for my luxury big brand item, which I could finally afford!

    The Tumi suitcase was delivered in perfect brand-new condition, as described, and the authenticity, appearance, and quality of the item was accurate, including a valid Tumi tracer (confirming that it's not a knock-off). The suitcase was packaged well and still had its tags on, and the vendor even included a nice "Thank you" card letting me know that I was supporting a veteran.
