Seller did everything right but, I’m just not as happy with item as I wanted to be. 3 different jewelers want more to repair it than the item cost and shipping was $8 (which IMO, is a little high for such a tiny item shipped with ground advantage). If I returned it I’d be in the negative with my original shipping cost of $8 plus another $5 or $6 to ship it back…so I guess I’ll keep it instead of loosing $14. Not the best buying experience due to my poor judgement. 😕
