And was slightly confusing when it said brand new unopened and showed up with a taped shut box and different IMEI numbers that pictured in listing. Asked seller about this (which he was very quick to respond) and he said it was opened to unlock the phone and said phone was brand new. I checked serial numbers and they were clean and said never activated. Overall happy with seller and would buy from again.

Due 2 this, my carrier states that the item is "not fully compatible" with their network. This seems 2 be because this phone was originally locked 2 Verizon. Seller was generous & helped resolve my issues. The phone appears 2 be working fine.
