I bought multiple jackets from this seller & now I’m worried that the other ones will have flaws that were not mentioned before I purchased them. Will not do business with this seller again

The seller immediately responded to my message and refunded the item. Unfortunate, but the seller is quick to respond and they did ship the item out quickly. I'm sure this will be a learning experience to use rigid packaging for electronics.

Packaging was soft-shell plastic envelop with bubble lining. It needed a box with thicker packing for protection.
