Upon opening the package (with the courier present), I discovered that several parts were missing: two shoulder accessories, the shield piece, and the instruction manual. I provided clear, detailed photos showing the missing parts and the condition of the packaging, but the seller denied there was any problem and accused me instead. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Buyers like this need to be banned from this platform. The pictures you sent me are different toys and it's clear as day. Buyer threatened me with negative feedback if I didn't give a partial refund. Sorry, I don't bow down to threats. It's sad sellers like me have to deal with BS with no protection or backing from anyone on this site.
