It arrived with rough box, incorrect instruction manual, missing a couple key parts that I hope can be found at my local hardware store. When I asked seller about it, they apologized profusely, offered a partial refund if I keep it, or full refund with return. When I accepted partial refund, they refunded fully anyway.
