Jean-Paul Belmondo, Kirk Douglas, Orson Welles, Leslie Caron, Glenn Ford, Charles Boyer, and Anthony Perkins headline a star-studded cast. Gore Vidal and Francis Ford Coppola were contributors to the screenplay.
