Synopsis
Published anonymously in 1776, the year of the American Declaration of Independence, Paine's Common Sense became an immediate best-seller, with fifty-six editions printed in that year alone. It was this pamphlet, more than any other factor, which helped to spark off the movement that established the independence of the United States. From his experience of revolutionary politics, Paine drew those principles of fundamental human rights which, he felt, must stand no matter what excesses are committed to obtain them, and which he later formulated in his Rights of Man., Published anonymously in 1776, the year of the American Declaration of Independence, Paine's Common Sense became an immediate best-seller, with fifty-six editions printed in that year alone. - i***- (23)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaI have received this order a few days ago, well before the earliest promised delivery date. The item corresponds to the seller's description: it is in "like new" condition. The transaction was seamless.I am completely satisfied with this purchase. The only peculiar aspect is that I wrote to the seller several times, both before and after ordering, and never received a response. This is at odds with all reviews of this seller.Statutory Interpretation [University Casebook Series] [ Nelson, Caleb E. ] Used (#405725878001)
- p***o (867)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Mes pasadoCompra verificadaExcellent transaction. Fast delivery. Securely packaged in a poly-mailer for shipping. Good communications from the Seller. Very good price. Seller was very accurate in describing the condition of the book --very good-- in his listing.. I am picky about a book's condition, and I would rate the book as between "very good' and "like new." Very satisfied customer. ...Thank you!!
