Came packaged well but looks like the USPS was a little rough on their handling. Earrings were in a small box which kept them from getting damaged. Shipping was delayed because of the envelope needing to be taped up from their mishandling. Very good price and great quality. Owner had nothing to do with the handling of the package. I highly recommend this business.
