I was sent an inferior product from Canada, in this case a book, a cheap book club edition, not stated. I only received a partial refund from the seller, and neither they or ebay have helped me, passing responsibility from one to the other, so that I have a cheap book and am out of pocket as well. The seller put me in this mess but doesn't care. I am elderly and it has upset me greatly.
