They guided me through how to clean them even (still not working though). But I got a new game from a local game store and it works just fine! Very responsive and would 100% buy from them again!

I contacted the seller who responded in a timely manner. Not only did they share my concern (unlike some sellers who would dismiss you), but they checked around and, finding the missing disc, got back to me quite quickly with an apology and striving to make it right.
