They already had received free shipping and a discount on the price.

So I understand if shipping delays can occur or if other seller issues arise. But when a USPS label is printed for high quality photo paper sheets after paying fast and the item is running late almost 2.5 weeks, all I ask is for a message reply. And after the second message warning about item not received, the item was sent but again no seller response. That is why a 1 star for shipping.
