The seller answered each one of my messages right away as we both tracked the package through the mail. I was very happy with the quality of the Wii console and the Wii Fit Board. Everything works perfectly. It was not only packaged very securely in original packing but also had instruction booklets with it. I highly recommend this seller. I think he gave excellent customer service.
