The appearance is shiny, clean and unmarked. It is better than "NM or better" as described. An outstanding value for the inexpensive price. Mailing was inexpensive and fast in an oversized eBay mailer; the card protected inside a penny-holder and that inside a stiff top-loader. This Seller offered free returns and a 30 day return period. I did not need to follow that path. I will buy again - and did.
