I was let know where and when the package was to arrive. The shipping was very fair. It was packaged safely. It was just as described in the picture. I collect MiLB hats and the value was in my price range. I ALSO received a little gift with the purchase and a nice thank business card. I will definitely save this seller for future purchases. I alread have my eyes on something. :)
