The package had been picked up and was in the usps' possession. Seller was very proactive and noticed the tracking info wasn't updating and offered a refund before I had even asked. The battery terminal was corroded and the seller said in the listing that it had been tested when it very obviously had not been; when we put batteries in to use the camera, it would not even turn on.
