Seller did everything right but, I’m just not as happy with item as I wanted to be. 3 different jewelers want more to repair it than the item cost and shipping was $8 (which IMO, is a little high for such a tiny item shipped with ground advantage). If I returned it I’d be in the negative with my original shipping cost of $8 plus another $5 or $6 to ship it back…so I guess I’ll keep it instead of loosing $14. Not the best buying experience due to my poor judgement. 😕

I couldn’t have gotten a better deal if I had gone to the Radley store myself it was in the original box as advertised and if it had been out of box you would have never known except for the pictures and description were perfect. Item was professionally packaged and the shipping price was reasonable . Iam a very happy buyer. This seller is a 10 out of 10 perfection?
