Then when he's in a better financial status, he'll initiate a refund. While playing dumbfounded. Claim was filed on my end and is still waiting on the answer for that. I let the buyer know that I would search for a second item to send out or I would refund the money back. I was unable to locate another item and I refunded the money back in full in a timely manner. I am sorry that you felt this way but I did everything I could do. Thank you and have a great day.
