They sent another one out asap unpon getting that one it would not power up or volume make a noise when powering up no questions ask a return slip was sent and sent it back they sent a replacement it is working great i did not want to put a newer style radio back in the mustang keep it original as possible. Thanks to 1factory radio thanks again.
