Courteous and caring messages with updates on the shipping process and made sure to message me confirming the item arrived unharmed and that I was satisfied with it. The packaging alone was top tier. Padded so securely that I’m sure that nothing could’ve affected the item. Amazing work, will definitely be looking through your store first going forward!
