Contacted seller with pictures and within 30 min, they responded and offered to refund full amount! Seller did not have another of the same. I even got to keep the item ( I think I’ll use it in an art project) Anyhow, fantastic seller! Great communication and I didn’t even have to wait for seller to file a complaint with USPS! So, If you’re on the fence about buying anything from this seller, rest assured they’ve got your back!
