Unfortunately, although everything looked fantastic, the dvd would not play. Seller was quick to respond to my message and promptly issued a no-hassle full refund. Awesome customer service -- thanks much and hope to do business with you again!

I will say that the seller was very prompt and responsible in making good on the situation. So, it's hard to rate this. The purchase didn't work out---it happens---but the seller made good on it right away..
