Tongs shipped with it, so packaging was a breeze. They were in perfect condition as described. I have probably found some sometime that cost less, but as I consider these, the absolute perfection in kitchen tongery, I still think it was quite worth it. This was my fourth pair of the Ecko Eterna 6 inch tongs.

This was not the fault of the seller but the transport carrier. I would have loved to had this intact. seller was as shocked as I was that it was broken. They were very responsive and quick to respond to my issue. I knew they did not accept returns but with this issue they were excellent in acknowledging my problem and giving me a refund. Great seller will buy from them again.
