SFCO reached out to me with an apology and sent me my original order completely free of charge. I offered to return the incorrect item, but they insisted that I have both for free. So I received two items and paid nothing. Mistakes happen; reactions define. SFCO was great.

The book still had its original cling wrap so it was definitely brand new as described. Despite the book apparently being out of print, the seller charged a reasonable price and didn’t try to scalp me on the product.
