Although I didn't receive the item, I've found the Seller to be very helpful and friendly. More importantly, this Seller definitely deserves a 5 Star rating for his diligent aftercare and swift resolution

The small package was completely covered in parcel tape, which would have helped protect it from manhandling damage as well as water proof it. Unfortunately it did make opening the parcel more difficult and indeed I did cut the cardboard sleeve. Overall, I am delighted with the tie clip and cuff links, and the box they came in.
