The straps are new in the packaging, a good way to keep your things inside. Wide straps hold luggage better, preventing things from bunching up.

The single plastic bag these great looking, 50 brand new, individually loose, nail-on furniture feet were in, was securely package taped to itself and styrofoam packing for shipping, which is great! BUT, can't remove the bag without destroying it. So simply need another container/bag to put them in. No problem, just be aware. All good.
