From San Diego, CA to Saint Augustine, FL, literally coast to coast, there hasn't been the first issue. The items have been as advertised, in perfect condition, packaged extremely well, and delivered in a week's time. One could not ask for a better experience. Also, the pricing is much better than the nationally known "replacement" business for china.Set of 6 Queens IMARI Salad Plates (#156681320899)
