Due to the severe measures this transaction wasn't a priority due to everything that needed to be done for the insurance and fire inspection on the house. I informed this buyer about the fire and still left a negative review. I understand it is 25 dollars but if I would have not made these other important matters I would of lost 700,0009 Vintage Pilot Precise Ball Liner Blue Ink (#156156536786)
