Now he wants the doll in exchange for a full refund, although I'm asking for a partial refund just so I can replace the box. No communication skills whatsoever, even when buying a NRFB $1000 doll. She said the partial was to replace the box but one cannot replace a OOAK doll box. It was a bad experience for the both of us. She had stated that the doll shifted in the box and tore the part around the feet of the doll about an inch. I always ship my dolls well.
