    The first item ( HP print head ) did not work. I sent an email to the seller and received a timely response indicating some suggestions to troubleshoot the issue. After exhausting all efforts, I sent an email indicating the print head still did not work. I received a replacement print head and the second one worked. This seller has fast shipping and excellent customer support. I recommend this seller for replacement print heads.

My printer will let me know if there is any difference, but since I don't need the new ink for a couple weeks, do not know how well it will work.
