Vorwort Christian Rittelmeyer Die Waldorfpadagogik zeigt gegenwartig tiefgreifende Veranderungen. Vielleicht sind es die markantesten Wandlungen seit Grundung der Waldorfschulen vor fast hundert Jahren. Das hat verschiedene Grunde und Ursachen, von denen hier nur einige genannt werden sollen. Die Lehrerausbildung wird in verschiedenen A- bildungsstatten akademisiert und verwissenschaftlicht, auf Bachelor- und M- terstudiengange umgestellt, forschungsintensiver und mit deutlicheren erz- hungswissenschaftlichen Elementen durchsetzt. Das hat zur Folge, dass einige der fur staatliche Hochschulen und Universitaten gultigen Forschungs- und A- bildungsstandards auch verpflichtend fur Hochschulen der Waldorfbewegung werden. Einzelne Ausbildungsinstitutionen - wie die Alanus-Hochschule fur Kunst und Gesellschaft in Alfter bei Bonn - rekrutieren fur ihre Lehrerausb- dung ausdrucklich auch Lehrkrafte, die nicht aus dem anthroposophischen Orientierungszusammenhang kommen und betonen in ihrem Leitbild eine kri- sche Auseinandersetzung mit Orthodoxien der klassischen Waldorfpadagogik. Auch die zunehmende Internationalisierung der Waldorfbewegung - geg- wartig gibt es weltweit ca. 994 Waldorfschulen - bleibt nicht ohne Effekte auf die deutsche Waldorfbewegung. In Landern wie z. B. Brasilien, AEgypten, China, Korea, Sudafrika oder Israel sind kulturspezifische Transformationen der mitteleuropaischen Waldorfpadagogik zu beobachten - z. B. starker islamisch oder konfuzianisch gepragte Schulmodelle. Die grossen Weltlehrertagungen in Dornach (Schweiz) sowie eine Fulle entsprechender Publikationen und schli- lich auch wechselseitige Besuche sorgen fur einen interkulturellen Austausch, der manche hierzulande tradierte padagogisch-anthropologische sowie didak- sche Orientierung auf den Prufstand stellt.
