Although the item description was incorrect, the item was new/shrink-wrapped and the packaging ambiguous, so I can understand the error. I contacted the seller who responded immediately and we came to an acceptable agreement to resolve the issue fairly. While I’m disappointed in the actual item, I could not be more appreciative of the seller’s courtesy/willingness to resolve the issue. The shipping cost/value for the item were appropriate, delivery timely.
