Working out how to make things right with seller now and ensure we do nothing bad by ebay. But item was shown as described and was packed perfectly. Only issue was not sellers fault as took postoffice 14 days to get item to me 30 min from where item was last shown.

Once it finally arrived I decided to keep the item for a future gift, as it missed the needed date.
