    Unfortunately, the item was broken when it arrived. I sent a message and pictures right away and this seller immediately refunded me. I was disappointed I couldn't have the item I ordered but I was very impressed at how timely and generous the seller was to help me resolve an issue that was not their fault at all.     The lamp is exactly what I wanted. It arrived very well packed and protected. The seller kept in touch to check that it had arrived safely and I will be saving this seller as a favourite and hope to do business with them again soon. 100% This item was purchased from the USA and I have tried to buy the same item from other sellers who cannot send to the UK for some unknown reason. This seller went the extra distance and got around the problem, for which I am great full.
