    Unfortunately, the item was broken when it arrived. I sent a message and pictures right away and this seller immediately refunded me. I was disappointed I couldn't have the item I ordered but I was very impressed at how timely and generous the seller was to help me resolve an issue that was not their fault at all. The own was packaged extremely well. I think I just got unlucky. I would shop here again in a heartbeat.

    The lamp is exactly what I wanted. It arrived very well packed and protected. The seller kept in touch to check that it had arrived safely and I will be saving this seller as a favourite and hope to do business with them again soon. 100% This item was purchased from the USA and I have tried to buy the same item from other sellers who cannot send to the UK for some unknown reason.
