Simple setup just plug one end of the usb cable (provided) into the back of the cooling pad and the other end into any available usb port on your laptop and you’re ready to go. Great value and a very quick delivery. Looks great, works great, very happy customer

Item arrived in good time though, but something to be aware of incase you need it quickly. Item is advertised as new, but it didn't come with shrink wrap & the box looked slightly damaged making it difficult to verify if thats true. It wasn't shipped in a box, the controller just had a label slapped on it with some fragile tape. But the controller works perfectly & is cheaper than Amazon, so not upset

Regrettably didn’t look right in intended setting so returned to Seller. Understandably had to pay reasonable return postage cost (as listed) & was refunded within 3 days of receipt. Although item not for me, impressed by Seller & no quibble return/refund & therefore happy to recommend.
